ELKON Mobile Master-150 ELEPHANT Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 6750/4500 l. twin shaft mixer and reaches 150 m3/h vibrated concrete production capacity.

After realizing the growing need for mobility and flexibility day by day in the concrete and construction sector, ELKON has designed and produced the first mobile concrete batching plant from Turkey. Until now, from Canada to Germany, from England to South Africa, more than 1000 units of ELKON mobile concrete batching plants were installed in over 130 countries and carry on concrete production for important projects.
The main unit of ELKON Mobile Concrete Batching Plants is designed on a mono-block chassis which is equipped with axle and tires and therefore the main unit can be transported by one truck trailer.
ELKON Mobile Master-150 ELEPHANT Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 4x30 m3 capacity square type aggregate storage bin and 6750/4500 l. twin shaft mixer. It provides highest mobility along with the high production capacity to its users.
With such a high performance and 150 m³/h production capacity, it is the most preferable concrete batching plant for projects which need large amounts of concrete like airports, dams and roads.
4 different types of aggregates can be stored in the aggregates bin and the aggregate feeding can be done either by concrete ramp or optional automated aggregate feeding system.
