With new investments made for digitalization of ELKON factories, total number of robotic arms reached to 24 and there are many other automated high technology production systems developed in house. These robots are being used for welding, painting, drilling and grinding applications.
In the robotic welding stations, welding operations of twin shaft mixers from 1500/1000 l. capacity to 10500/7000 l capacity and aggregate storage bin structures can be performed for the first time in Europe along with the welding of cement screws, bolted type cement silos, aggregate storage bin panels and discharge cones.
