ELKON has always been a follower of technological developments and has been a pioneer in its sector thanks to accredited ELKON Research & Development Center and Innovation Department generating new ideas.
More than 40 engineers specialized in their fields work at the ELKON R&D center which accredited by Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology. The design and development of new technologies and products are carried out with the help of the latest design, simulation and analysis softwares. Laboratory with 3D printers and precise testing devices are being used in ELKON R&D center for the development and testing of new technologies as well.
LEADING THE SECTOR WITH NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND PRODUCTS
ELKON has become the first Turkish manufacturer of “Mobile Concrete Batching Plants”, “Winterized Concrete Batching Plants”, ”Compact Concrete Batching Plants””On-Site Concrete Batching Plants”, “ High Speed Concrete Traveling Buckets” and many others.
ELKON has the widest capacity range in the product categories whose design and technology has been developed by innovation and R&D departments. At the same time, it has produced thousands of concrete batching plants in the serial production lines established in its factories and installed them all over the world.
Industry 4.0 transformation is realized in all ELKON factories with 24 fully automated production stations equipped with robots for welding, drilling, grinding, painting, etc. Thanks to this, almost 90 % of a concrete plant and main parts of block machines are being manufactured in fully automated robotic lines without human touch. Thus, sustainable quality level is reached in every piece of product manufactured in ELKON factories.
