Concrete Production Without Limits: ELKON Mix Master-30 Arrives in URUGUAY

One of Uruguay's leading readymix concrete producers and suppliers has chosen an ELKON Mix Master-30 on-site concrete batching plant to support a project located in a remote area of the country. The decision was driven by the key advantages of this model: fast installation, a compact footprint and high operational efficiency.

Equipped with 4 aggregate compartments, a 0.5 m³ per batch pan mixer and a 50 ton cement silo, the plant combines high productivity, compact design and ease of transportation, making it the ideal solution for projects with limited access or restricted installation space.

Thanks to ELKON's factory pre-assembled plants, the customer was able to complete the installation using its own team, supported exclusively by ELKON's remote technical assistance. This approach ensured a fast, efficient and reliable commissioning process, allowing the plant to become fully operational within a short period.
