The British company has taken delivery of a new ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant near Bude, due to open early June. The ELKON concrete plant is set to installed in their newly opened ready-mix branch located in recently purchased site at Bridgerule Industrial Estate between Bude and Holsworthy.
Fast, friendly and professional, the company will be offering ready mixed concrete, liquid floor screeds, dry screed, sand and aggregates with 4 wheeler, 6 wheeler and 8 wheeler lorries with and without conveyors available for use.
The compact concrete batching plant is equipped with 1500/1000 l. twin shaft mixer, 4x20 m3 inline aggregate storage bins and transfer conveyor. In the concrete mixing plant aggregate storage bin panels, aggregate weighing hopper, cement weigh hopper, water weigh hopper, additive weigh hopper, transfer conveyor structure and all roller chassis are completely hot-dip galvanized for maximum protection against corrosion. Moreover, the concrete plant is equipped with interlock key system for the twin shaft mixer for securing safety during maintaining the mixer.
