Two More Concrete Plants to SAUDI ARABIA

A ready mix company in Al-Qassim, Saudi Arabia decided to expand their business by purchasing 2 units ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plants.

ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plants is equipped with 4500/3000 l. Twinshaft Mixer. ELKON twinshaft mixer is totally welded by robots without any human touch. The plant is equipped with 4x30 m³ aggregate storage bins. These bins were buried to the ground to save space on the site and eliminate the need for an aggregate loading ramp. Furthermore sand bins are equipped with moisture probes to precisely monitor the water content of the mixture.

After visiting ELKON and seeing the Industry 4.0 transformation in all ELKON factories with 24 fully automated robotic production stations for welding, drilling, grinding, painting, etc. The Saudi customer decided to go with ELKON. ELKON's incredible manufacturing facilities and high quality attracted a new customer once again.
