One of the leading ready-mix concrete producers in Abu Dhabi has chosen ELKON for their latest supply needs, procuring two ELKOMIX-135 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plants. These plants will be used to produce high-quality concrete for two separate offshore projects commissioned by ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company).
Both batching plants are identically configured and designed to meet the challenging requirements of offshore construction. ELKOMIX-135 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with a 5000/3330 L ELKON twinshaft mixer, 4 x 30 m³ aggregate storage bins and 8 additive dosing lines tailored for complex and precise mix designs essential for such specialized projects.
Thanks to the compact design of the ELKOMIX-135 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plants, the concrete plants were installed on a flat concrete surface with minimal foundation requirements and within a very short time.
