Being a frequent choice for important projects in all of the world, ELKON was chosen to supply a concrete batching plant for Military Airbase Project in Egypt. ELKON has produced a mobile batching plant MOBILE MASTER-100 LION with 2 units 100 tons bolted type cement silos. At the heart of the LION stands a Twin-shaft mixer produced on the robotic welding line. Capacity of the mixer is 3000 / 2000 I. with its high-efficient mixing system provides up to 90 cum of concrete per hour. The plant’s capabilities and its flexibility make it a mobile solution for concrete production on different job sites. MOBILE MASTER-100 LION batching plant was equipped with an aggregate pre-feeding system to meet the mobility requirements.
The Civil Construction Company has completed many important projects successfully since 1996. One of them to be proud of is taking over the execution of road network, parking areas and sewage, storm and irrigation networks for the fifth district of new Heliopolis.
The company will realize the Military Airbase Project in 2016 and expected to produce more than 80.000 cum concrete. ELKON, which had supplied several concrete batching plant to many important projects in Egypt, added one more concrete batching plant into this group.
