Polish company from concrete business decided to build a new modern concrete plant as they have started to grow at an electrifying pace. As a ready-mix company, from very beginning, putting to provide high quality concrete to the market in the first place, their decision on ELKON concrete plant was not surprising at all.
ELKOMIX-120 Quick Master compact concrete plant with 4x30 m3 capacity inline aggregate storage bins was supplied. In the concrete plant, aggregate is transferred by skip bucket up to the mixer. Besides, the concrete plant designed as receiving the weighed aggregate underground by putting the skip bucket pit under zero level to be able to locate the concrete plant as occupying minimum land possible. By designing the concrete plant like this, the height of the concrete ramp was kept minimum too.
Our local partner, ELKON Poland has completed the commissioning of the concrete plant successfully by their highly experienced installation and start up team.
Thanks to the new modern concrete plant prepared to produce high-quality ready-mix concrete, the company has started to supply several hundred cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete per week in Jankowice region of Poland.
