Ultra-Mobile Continuous Mixing Plant Commissioned in SLOVAKIA

An engineering and construction company with nearly 30 years of experience in the Slovak market, specializing in civil and industrial buildings, monolithic concrete structures, reconstructions, and foundation works, has chosen ELKON to supply its new ultra-mobile stabilization plant to support business expansion.

Impressed by the quality and performance of ELKON concrete batching plants already operating in the region, the company decided to enhance its production capabilities with the ELKON Mix Master Ultra-Mobile Stabilization Plant.

This stabilization plant is a new product in ELKON’s product range with  a production capacity of 250 tons per hour, featuring an ELKON C200 continuous mixer, 4 x 5 m³ aggregate storage bins and 75 tons bolted-type cement silo. Dosing of materials including aggregates, cement and water are precisely managed through frequency converters and proportional control valves.

Thanks to its unique design, the installation of this ultra-mobile continuous mixing plant takes just a few hours. Its high mobility offers a significant advantage for road construction projects, allowing for frequent relocation and minimizing material transportation costs, ultimately providing exceptional operational efficiency.
