ELKOMIX-135 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant which is equipped with 4500/3000 l. ELKON twin shaft mixer can reach 120 m³ vibrated concrete production capacity in an hour by producing 3 m3 concrete in every batch. The concrete plant which has quite high production capacity can also be commissioned quickly and unexpensively due to its folding and modular designed structure.

As a consequence, it was achieved to reduce the shipping costs 3-4 times depending on the destination.
Elkomix-135 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant, which is pre-installed and pre-wired in ELKON factories before shipment, can be installed & started up very quickly in the job sites and be ready for concrete production within only 2 days.
Both skip bucket and transfer conveyor option is available for transferring aggregate in Elkomix-135 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant and the plant can be installed on a flat surface for both option.
