Second Concrete Batching Plant to Israel’s Electra for Another Signature Project

One of the leading infrastructure companies in Israel, ELECTRA Group first met with ELKON quality in 2017 by purcasing 1 unit ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant for multilayer underground carpark project of Jerusalem railway.

After their first experience with ELKON concrete plant, ELECTRA ordered another unit of ELKOMIX-135 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant, equipped with 4500/3000 l. twinshaft mixer.

The compact concrete mixing plant provides all advantages of mobile concrete plants such as quick and easy relocation, fast installation and dismantling, no requirement for special foundation, etc. while providing flexibility and ensuring higher capacities of stationary concrete plants. This compact concrete plant provides 120 cbm/hour concrete production capacity for project Shafdan. Adding to that, aggregate is loaded with a radial type automated aggregate prefeeding system. ELKON Radial Aggregate Prefeeding System enables loading the aggregate into the inline storage bins without ramp. So, that full mobility feature is completed.

Elkomix-135 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant has started to produce for the company’s waste water treatment project, which has a total estimated capital cost of the whole system is US $300 million.

This project is aiming to minimize environmental pollution and avoid health risks by constructing a sewage collector and disposal system. Then, it will prevent the discharge of raw sewage into rivers and the sea. Besides, this will contribute towards protecting and preserving the state's dwindling water resources through appropriate treatment of sewage water for purposes of its reuse.
