2 units of ELKOMIX-90 Quick Master compact concrete plants have just been launched for one of the companies of an important Tunisian group which has decided to extend its machinery fleet with high quality ELKON equipment.
Each concrete plant is equipped with 3 hoppers with 20 m³ capacity in linear allocation. The feeding of the aggregates to the mixer is carried out by means of the transfer conveyor protected by galvanized rain covers.
The majority of concrete plant components including aggregate hopper panels are galvanized.
The heart of the plant – twinshaft mixer, produces 1,5 m³ of concrete per batch. The dual-function water distribution system, which is used to distribute the water uniformly within the mixer while ensuring better homogeneity of the mixture, could be used for cleaning also.
For cement storage, there are 1 cement silo of 75 tons and 1 additional silo of 150 tons connected to each plant.
