The leading construction and infrastructure company with 23 years of experience in the Trinidadian market specializing in the construction of highways, bridges and traffic interchanges, infrastructure development, marine construction, dredging and ready-mix concrete distribution, has relied on ELKON to provide 2 new identical concrete plants with a capacity of 140 m³/hour in order to expand its business with its new projects that will be carried out in the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago and in Guyana.
The ELKOMIX-160 Quick Master concrete plants have 4 aggregate containers of 30 m³ capacity each allowing a total storage capacity of 120 m³ and a 4 m³/batch vibrated concrete production capacity twinshaft mixer manufactured entirely at the ELKON facilities in Turkey by high-tech robots without human intervention, thus ensuring a sustainable quality in its production. Each plant also has 2 cement storage silos of 100 tons each and an aggregate feeding system that facilitates the loading of aggregates into the storage bins through a 5 m³ capacity prefeeding hopper and a conveyor belt that eliminates the need to build a ramp.
The installation of the plant in Trinidad & Tobago has already been completed, and the installation of the second plant in Guyana has begun. We wish sucess to our customer in its new projects. Elkon always providing solutions for important projects in all corners of the world.
