Last month the company from North East France ordered a MOBILE MASTER-135 Jaguar mobile concrete batching plant. Less than a month after their first order, a 2ⁿᵈ concrete plant was ordered for their new project.
The new ELKOMIX-120 precast concrete batching plant is specially designed for feeding 2 vibrating presses. For this, ELKON offers a concrete plant equipped with 3000/2000 l. planetary mixer with, which can produce 2 m³ of precast concrete per batch, through 3 mixer outlets. 2 outlets are provided to feed the belts which will feed the vibrating press and 1 outlet specially designed for the mixer washing system. An automatic high pressure washing system has been provided to simplify the cleaning of the mixer.
An impressive 4x70 m³ aggregate hopper will feed the planetary mixer via skip hoist. The hopper will be fed by a aggregate loading system with shuttle belt on the hopper.
The trucks will therefore, be able to feed the receiving hopper to unload the materials. 2 air guns will be attached to each aggregate hopper, for vibrating the materials that can solidify under the effect of their own weight and humidity. The conveyors will be equipped with impact bars on the drop points and with a primer scraper in order to avoid material fallout as much as possible.
In the end, a very special 2ⁿᵈ concrete batching plant was ordered by the French company, aware of the quality and capacity of ELKON, which knows how to meet its specific needs.
