The company, one of the UKs largest Ready-mix concrete, mortar & floor screed suppliers which is dedicated to reducing environmental impact in the production of high-quality building materials says ELKON as their concrete plant supplier. They have 3 units ELKON concrete mixing plants for serving North Wales and Northwest England.
Recently installed ELKON concrete batching plant for the company is ELKOMIX-135 Stationary concrete plant which is tailored for the company’s old batching plant layout. The concrete plant has 4500/3000 l. capacity ELKON pan mixer with double outlets. Thus, 2 truck mixer can be ready under the mixer at the same time and they can be filled respectively with no time loss for truck mixer approaching. It can be reached up to 135 m3/hour concrete production capacity.
Moreover, there is 6x50 m3 capacity aggregate storage bins. For material feeding to the aggregate bins, there is an automated aggregate feeding system where the aggregates are directly tipping from dump trucks. Therefore, continuous material feeding at a speedy pace is assured for non-stop concrete production.
There is one another ELKON concrete plant under manufacturing for the same company which will be delivered on coming weeks. Once a company experiences ELKON quality, it is just repeating the order due to ELKON’s high quality products and aftersales service.
