ELKON has installed an ELKOMIX-200200 double mixer concrete batching plant for Jannah Dam project. The concrete plant has 2 x 7500/5000 l. RCC twinshaft mixer providing 400 cbm RCC concrete in every hour.
ELKON put this concrete plant into operation and completed all tests last year. Due to the fact that concrete plant is needed to produce concrete nonstop whenever project will start completely, both aggregate and cement have to be supplied continuously as well. Aggregate has already been set up to be supplied continuously from dedicated crushing plant.
8 units of 500 tons cement silos with pneumatic cement distribution system installed recently to provide cement continuously during non stop production. Totally 1.3 million cubic meters of RCC concrete is planned to produce for this project from giant ELKOMIX-200200 RCC concrete batching plant.
