A Second ELKON Concrete Batching Plant Begins Operations in MEXICO

After 5 years of reliable and efficient performance with the ELKOMIX-60 Dry Quick Master concrete batching plant, our customer, a major ready-mix concrete and construction materials supplier in northern Mexico has once again chosen ELKON to support its expansion plans To meet increasing market demand, the company invested in a second batching plant, upgrading to the high-capacity ELKOMIX-100 Dry Quick Master.

With a production capacity of 100 m³/hour of dry concrete mix, the ELKOMIX-100 Quick Master is engineered for cost-effective overseas transport, fitting efficiently into the minimum number of 40-foot containers. The concrete plant is equipped with 4 aggregate storage bins providing a total storage capacity of 80 m³ and two 100-ton cement silos.

Designed for fast and straightforward installation, the Quick Master series stands out for its modular structure and user-friendly setup. Each plant is shipped from ELKON factories pre-installed and pre-wired, significantly reducing installation time and costs. Thanks to these advantages, our customer successfully installed and commissioned their second plant with their own technical team in a very short time, just as they had done with their first ELKON concrete plant.
