Well known Albanian ready-mixed concrete company established in 90’s already has 5 concrete batching plant in the country, all from Europe. With the aim of reaching the utmost quality in concrete production, company decided to replace one of their existing concrete plant with the most technological and efficient one.
The customer visited many concrete batching plant manufacturer before visiting ELKON factories. When they came to visit ELKON’s factories (ELKON 1, ELKON 2, ELKON 3 and ELKON 4) which are located on 65.000 m2 area, they are very impressed with ELKON’s industry 4.0 manufacturing technology with 15 different fully automated welding, cutting, grinding and painting robots.
ELKON, was the first choice for them after visiting modern production facilities and ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Batching Plant which is equipped with 5000/3300 l. Twinshaft Mixer with its high-efficient mixing system were supplied. The configuration has T type aggregate weighing system which provides faster weighing time with 2 separate aggregate weigh hopper. ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Batching Plant has completely galvanized 4x30 m3 capacity aggregate storage bins equipped with 2 units moisture probe system for sand bins.
The company seems achieved their target to reach utmost quality with the contribution of ELKON’s support as a supplier of high quality concrete batching plant, which is the heart of such job sites.
