ELKON proudly announces the start-up of a new ELKOMIX-100 Dry Type QUICK MASTER Concrete Batching Plant in Montreal, Canada, marking another important milestone in ELKON’s expanding presence across the North American market.

A growing company based in Montreal and active in concrete supply and construction services has taken a significant step forward with their first concrete batching plant investment. The newly established facility is designed to deliver high-capacity dry-mix production of up to 100 m³/hour (130 yd³/h). Equipped with four 20 m³ aggregate bins, two 75-ton cement silos, an additional 75-ton fly ash silo and an automated shuttle-type aggregate feeding system, the concrete plant exemplifies efficiency, precision and robust engineering.

Built on ELKON’s modular and compact concept, this compact concrete plant can be installed quickly on a flat concrete surface without requiring any special foundations. This design not only simplifies setup and reduces installation costs, but also enables effortless relocation, offering producers unmatched flexibility in today’s fast-moving construction environment.
