This project consists of the installation of the new custom configuration of existing ELKON concrete plant for the second stage of its use, this time at the final operation site.
The area of installation for this robust structure was quite narrow, for this reason the client entrusted ELKON with the difficult task of manufacturing and installing new aggregate storage bin with 12 compartments and 35m³ storagec apacity on each, fed from the truck unloading hopper.
The concrete production will be ensured with the ELKON twinshaft mixer with 3.33m³ capacity. The 5 ELKON monolithic silos mounted on a platform will ensure the feeding of the necessary amount of cement required for the production of concrete.
The manufacture of this custom made installation, the assembly and the commissioning of the plant in accordance with the strict Belgian standards was made possible thanks to the great experience, know-how and professionalism of ELKON.
