An Iraqi ready mix company purchased ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant for the supply of concrete to a power plant project in Al Diwaniyah, Iraq. The well know German energy company is constructing a power plant in Al Diwaniayah to expand the electricity supply in the region. Due to the high concrete standards required by the end user, ELKON was the selection of Iraqi readymix company to meet these requirements.
ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant which is equipped with an ELKON 5000/3330 l. ELKON twinshaft mixer produces concrete up to 140 m³/h with 3.33 m³ vibrated concrete per cycle. The plant is equipped with 4x30 m³ T-Type aggregate storage bins and 3 cement silos with a capacity of 100 tons each.
