ELKON has installed one another concrete plant in Poland beginning of March, 2019. The company ordered this concrete plant is in general contracting business for housing investments, etc.
Supplied concrete plant is ELKON Mobile Master-135 Jaguar Mobile Concrete Batching Plant with 4500/3000 l. twin shaft mixer offers 120 cbm/hour concrete production capacity. Moreover concrete plant is equipped with 2x6=3 different aggregate storage bin each having 15 cbm capacity. That is why, special distributor system is used for automated aggregate feeding system as such main aggregate feeding conveyor discharging concrete to a distribution belt through a chute and this distribution belt can rotate which can turn around its own axis so that aggregate&sand distribution to each six bins can be achieved smoothly.
The most important feature of this Jaguar mobile concrete batching plant is 6 different aggregate bunkers on the main chassis which provides 6 different materials to be used any time without sacrificing mobility.
Although it has ben a few months only, company produced over 50.000 cbm concrete from this concrete plant. The concrete is being used for football academy center of Legia Warszawa football club.
The same company ordered one another concrete plant recently thanks to their satisfaction with the first ELKON concrete plant. This time, they went for ELKOMIX-135 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant which is providing all mobility advantages.
