Recently ELKON supplied a concrete batching plant specially designed for Europe, the ELKOMIX-135 Containerized Concrete Batching Plant in Belgium, the first of its kind. The same group, acquired ELKON MOBILE MASTER-60 Bear mobile concrete batching plant, for Guadeloupe, 2nd ELKON concrete plant during this year.

This model of concrete plant is particularly suitable for Guadeloupe, which is open to bad weather due to its geographical location. In fact, the mobile concrete batching plant is equipped with an integrated cement silo with a capacity of 36 tons, which allows it to always remain the lowest height as possible and makes it ultra mobile. ELKON’s 1500/1000 l pan mixer will deliver 1 m³ of concrete by batch to reach 50 m³ / h of vibrated concrete with a mixing time of 20 seconds. A 4x10 m³ square aggregate hopper will feed the ELKON pan mixer via transfer conveyor.

The concrete batching plant is equipped with wheels to facilitate its transport, a truck can tow the batching plant. The assembly and disassembly can be done extremely quickly, thanks to its integrated silo, it is ready for use as soon as it is assembled. A flat surface is sufficient for instalation.
