One of the leading gravel, sand and cement supplier located in Essex, chose ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant for their concrete production.
ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 1500/1000 l. ELKON Twinshaft Mixer for a vibrated concrete production of 50-55 m3/h. The plant has an interlock security system to prevent unwanted accidents from happening. In this system, interlocks are placed at mixer maintenance gates and skip hoist access door. Interlock keys are stored in the operators cabin. The locks are kept opened in the times of maintenance for a secure operation.
The compact design of the batching plant enables the high quality production in limited areas which makes the batching plant a great solution for companies which have different professions other than concrete.
