Tengizchevroil, which is created by mutual initiative of the Government of Kazakhstan and one of the largest US energy company Chevron Corporation LLP, is engaged in the development and production of oil and gas production on the Tengiz field. The daily production capacity will be enormous quantity which is 650.000 barrels of oil.

Only in 2015, $ 38 billion were allocated for the development of the mentioned project.

For the next stage of the expansion project Neftestroiservice Ltd Company, which is one of the contractors of the

TCO – LLP, started to monitor the European market to work with the suppliers which are capable of manufacturing concrete batching plant under the specific requirements of the Tengizchevroil.

Since the company consider ELKON as the best choice due to the its complex projects carried out in a wide geography in all over the world, company executives decided to visit four factories of ELKON to discuss about the mutual cooperation issues and really satisfied with high level of production and manufacturing technology.

Within this scope, two units of ELKOMIX-120 Stationary Concrete Plants with the 105 m³/hour production capacity were supplied to the customer. Both plants are equipped with heating pipes, steam generator and both plants are completely isolated with sandwich panels to be able to get high quality concrete production even in the hard winter conditions of Khazakhstan.
