Hungarian company specialized in construction materials supply to road projects, added ELKON WOLF-300 Mobile Stabilization Plant to its fleet to increase their capacity for latest infrastructure investments in the country. Company has a great track record and reputation with the road project that they supplied materials for Colas, Strabag etc
ELKON mobile continuous mixing plant WOLF-300 can produce more than 300 tons road stabilization material in an hour with its dosing belts controlling the speed of aggregate flow with frequency invertors and 4 aggregate bins with 20m³ capacity each. At the same time, cement flow speed can be adjusted by a screw with frequency invertor while the water flow can be adjusted by a rational valve precisely.
After dosing adjustment according to the recipe, all materials are mixed passing continuously through ELKON C200 Continuous Mixer.
Main unit of the mobile stabilization plant which consists of ELKON C200 Continuous Mixer, transfer conveyor, control cabin, cement feeding weigh hopper and cement screw, can be towed easily thanks to its structure equipped with axle and tyres. Aggregate bins with a capacity of 4x20m³ can also be transported with another truck trailer. Whole facility can be started up easily within 1 or 2 days.
