Wet & Dry Concrete Production Plant For Romania

The ready-mix concrete company which is maintaining its operations in the western part of Romania, has preferred ELKOMIX-120 Wet & Dry Stationary Concrete Batching Plant which makes it possible to produce both wet and dry concrete in seperate loading points under the same chassis.

ELKON Concrete Batching Plant can reach up to 110m³/h production capacity thanks to 3375/2250 l. ELKON Twinshaft Mixer equipped. The mixing process can be completed either in twinshaft mixer or the weighed materials can be discharged directly to a truckmixer for the mixing process to be completed inside. The concrete batching plant which has 4 aggregate bins, with 30m³ of capacity each, is equipped with a radial aggregate pre-feeding system to enable the aggregate feeding without ramp.

On the other hand, there is a moisture probe in the sand bin so that that the automation system can adjust the water amount to be added in the mixture according to the moisture ratio in the sand thus a high quality concrete production can be realized. Additionally, high pressure washing system in twinshaft mixer can wash away all residues rapidly and easily after production for smooth operation and easy maintenance.
