Palestinian customer recently purchased ELKON concrete batching plant for ready-mix business there.

Before taking the decision on ELKON, company representative came to Turkey to see ELKON’s factories (ELKON 1, ELKON 2, ELKON 3 and ELKON 4) which are located on 65.000 m2 area. During their visit, they are impressed with technological investments at ELKON’s factories under industry 4.0 transformation.

It should be noted that ELKON has 15 different manufacturing lines with fully automated welding, cutting, grinding and painting robots in its factories. ELKON, was the first choice for Palestinian customer after witnessing such level of technology applied to the production facilities.

At the end, Palestinian company decided to order 1 unit ELKOMIX-100 Quick Master Dry Type Compact Concrete Batching Plant with a capacity of 100 m3 dry concrete production capacity in an hour.

ELKOMIX-100 Dry Type Compact Batching Plant can be installed on flat concrete surface without any special foundation. The configuration has T type aggregate weighing system which provides faster weighing time with 2 separate aggregate weigh hoppers. This Compact Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 2 units 125 ton bolted type cement silo for 2 types of cement storage.
