ELKON: Preference of FRANCE

As a result of ongoing meetings and conversations with the French company who is the leader in their field, the company placed an order despite the difficult global situation nowadays due to COVID-19 and installed ELKON Mobile Master-135 Jaguar Mobile Concrete Batching Plant in the Grand Est region, North East of France. Less than a month after this first order, a 2nd plant was ordered by this company for their new project. This time, the plant is an ELKOMIX-120 PL Precast Concrete Batching Plant that will feed 2 vibrating presses.

Produced and become ready for shipment from ELKON factories in a few weeks after the order, the magnificent ELKON Mobile Master-135 Jaguar has been commissioned in a very short time. It is equipped with a 4500/3000l. twinshaft mixer, which is able to produce 3m³ of concrete per batch. For the cement storage, 3 units 100 tons cement silos are supplied. An aggregate prefeeding system has also been provided to avoid the construction of a ramp.

On the other hand, The new ELKOMIX-120 precast concrete batching plant is specially designed for feeding of 2 vibrating presses. For this, ELKON has equipped the 3000/2000l. planetary mixer with 3 outlets. 2 outlets will be provided to feed the belts which will feed the vibrating presses and 1 outlet specially designed for draining the water after washing the mixer. An automated high pressure mixer washing will be provided to simplify the cleaning. Also a big 4x70 m³ aggregate storage bins will feed the mixer via skip.

These are the first two units for this French company who is aware of the quality of ELKON and another milestone to make ELKON become France's one of the most preferred concrete batching plant supplier.
