Repeated Orders from Ethiopia’s Sector Giant!

Ethiopia’s one of the biggest ready mix company, which is already using 3 units ELKON Concrete batching plant, repeated their orders with 2 new ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master Compact Concrete batching plant.

They have a very good set up to serve high quality ready mix concrete to the construction companies in Addis Ababa with 2 ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master and ELKOMIX-35 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant. Their plan with this 2 new ELKON concrete plants is opening the same set up in Mekele, Tigray region as they have in Addis Ababa. They aim to extend their operations and become the sector leader in this new region too with the help of ELKON’s top quality concrete batching plants.

According to the company’s request, both ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master Compact Batching plants are equipped with the same high technological features providing high mobility and efficient production together. Each ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master Compact Conrete Batching plant is equipped 1500/1000 l. Twin shaft mixer and with 2 units 75 tons cement silo which are fed by a bag cement feeding system in the absence of bulk cement supply in the region. Twin shaft mixer has high pressure mixer washing system which provides effective cleaning inside of the mixer in a very short time. Moreover, the concrete plant is equipped with automated aggregate feeding system. This provides high mobility for the concrete plant as there is no need to build concrete ramp for aggregate feeding.

Thanks to the merge of ELKON’s quality and its local dealer with their experienced team, ELKON keeps expanding in Ethiopia with over 40 concrete batching plants in the region.
