ELKON Reinforces UK Presence with Elkomix-35 Quick Master Commissioning

A civil engineering contractor, with over 22 years of experience and offices across several cities in Scotland and England, has chosen ELKON as its trusted partner for the supply of a new concrete batching plant.

The customer invested in the ELKOMIX-35 Quick Master, equipped with a 0.5 m³ planetary mixer, skip hoist and 3 aggregate storage bins, each with a capacity of 10 m³. To meet the customer’s specific site constraints, limited installation space , the aggregate bins were partially installed underground. This customized solution allows aggregates to be loaded directly from ground level.

Thanks to ELKON’s engineering flexibility and customer-focused approach, the concrete plant was perfectly adapted to the available site conditions, fully meeting the client’s operational and spatial requirements; with a fast ELKON response, the full scope of work, including engineering, manufacturing, delivery and installation was completed within a short timeframe of only a few weeks.

With this project, ELKON once again demonstrates its ability to deliver complete high-quality, concrete batching solutions and growing presence in the UK market.
