KOSOVO: ELKOMIX-135 Quick Master Now Operational for Major Readymix Producer

ELKON has successfully commissioned an ELKOMIX-135 QUICK MASTER New Generation Compact Concrete Batching Plant for a well-established Kosovan readymix company.

Having closely followed the performance of ELKON concrete batching plants already operating in the region, the customer selected the ELKOMIX-135 QUICK MASTER New Generation Compact Concrete Batching Plant thanks to its proven reliability, compact design and high production efficiency. Designed to meet the demands of modern construction projects, the concrete plant combines fast installation advantages with optimized layout, enabling efficient operation.

ELKOMIX-135 QUICK MASTER New Generation Compact Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with fully galvanized 5x25 m³ aggregate storage bins, ensuring long-term durability and resistance against challenging environmental conditions. With a minimum 3500 mm loading width for each bin, aggregates can be easily fed by wheel loader via a small ramp, providing practical and efficient site logistics.

At the heart of the plant, the powerful ELKON 5000/3330 l Twinshaft Mixer delivers up to 130 m³/hour concrete production capacity, offering consistent mixing performance and high-quality output suitable for infrastructure, industrial and ready-mix applications. This investment allows the customer to enhance production flexibility while maintaining the highest quality standards.
