Proven Quality and Reliability: A Second ELKON Concrete Plant Chosen

In 2019, Polish company from Sokolow specialized in ready-mix concrete production and precast block manufacturing selected an ELKON concrete batching plant. After years of low cost, efficient and reliable operation, they once again placed their trust in ELKON by investing in a second concrete batching plant.

Installed on the same site, the new batching plant with an identical configuration is already producing high-quality concrete continuously.

The chosen model is the ELKOMIX-60 Quick Master Compact Concrete Plant that has up to 50 m3/h vibrated concrete production capacity thanks to its 1500/1000 l. planetary mixer, also, this concrete batching plant is equipped with 3 units cement silos and automated aggregate prefeeding system which providing aggregate feeding without building a ramp. All mixers cement silos, aggregate storage bins and many other components are completely welded by automated welding robots to ensure the sustainable high quality that identifies ELKON.
