ELKOMIX-120 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant which is equipped with either 3000/2000 l. or 3375/2250 l. ELKON twin shaft mixer and 4x20 m³ aggregate storage bin can be transported quickly and unexpensively to anywhere in the world thanks to its folding and modular designed structure.

ELKON engineers aspired to combine the advantages of mobile concrete batching plants along with the easy transportation advantage to overseas by standard containers when designing Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant series. As a consequence, it was achieved to reduce the shipping costs 3-4 times depending on the destination.
Elkomix-120 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant, which is pre-installed and pre-wired in ELKON factories before shipment, can be commissioned up quickly in the job sites and be ready for concrete production within only 2 days.
Both skip bucket and transfer conveyor option is available for transferring aggregate in Elkomix-120 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant and the plant can be installed on a flat surface for both option.
