The commissioning of two ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plants was recently completed for use in a major HVDC ±500 kV Overhead Transmission Line project in the Southern Riyadh region. The concrete plants were selected to provide dependable and efficient concrete production aligned with the project’s construction needs.
Each ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant offers a 55 m³/h production capacity and is equipped with a 1500/1000 L twin-shaft mixer, 4×15 m³ aggregate storage bins, two 100-ton cement silos and one 30-ton micro-silica silo. They are also equipped with an automated aggregate feeding system which allows loading without a ramp, supporting easier site arrangements. For extended durability, all the weighing hoppers, mixer's upper cover, concrete discharge chute, aggregate bin panels and transfer conveyor chassis and handlers are hot-dipped galvanized.
Both batching plants were installed and commissioned by ELKON’s representative in KSA. This delivery supports the execution of signature infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.
