ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER which is equipped with 1500/1000 l. ELKON twin shaft mixer and 4x15 m³ aggregate storage bin can be quickly and economically transported to anywhere in the world by only 2 units 40’ OT container (or by 2 units TIR) thanks to its folding and modular designed structure.

ELKON engineers aspired to combine the advantages of mobile concrete batching plants along with the easy transportation advantage to overseas by standard containers when designing Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant series. As a consequence, it was achieved to reduce the shipping costs 3-4 times depending on the destination.
Elkomix-60 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant, which is pre-installed and pre-wired in ELKON factories before the shipment, can be ready for concrete production by commissioning in a day.
Both skip bucket and transfer conveyor options are available for transferring aggregate in Elkomix-60 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant and the concrete plant can be installed on a flat concrete surface for both options.
It can be equipped with either twin shaft or planetary type mixers depending on the application to meet various requirements in concrete production.
